By signing up and actively using the cryptotater.com program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. cryptotater.com may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with cryptotater.com. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the cryptotater.com program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Responsibility of Members:

You must be of legal age in your state or country of residence to join. Our program is open to both US and International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.

You agree to and mu deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by cryptotater.com be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.

You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with cryptotater.com. You agree to receive e-mail advertising from cryptotater.com. How many ads sent out daily will depend on how many are available.

In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from cryptotater.com, your account will be set to inbox only. If changed back and receive bounced mails again, reserve the right to suspend account. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.

Relationship of the Parties:

You and cryptotater.com are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and cryptotater.com. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of cryptotater.com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.

Limitation of Liability:

cryptotater.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or cryptotater.com program, even if cryptotater.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, cryptotater.com aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Advertising Terms
1. All advertisements must be English.
2. The standard, No hate, illegal activity, warez, gambling, pharmaceuticals, [drugs of any kind].
3. Additionally, malicious 0-Iframes, autosurfs, HYIP's, MLM.
4. Any site that has high links and is not an ads only site and doesn't state an actual payment in the terms of the site will most likely be refused!
5. PTP links [any referral url with ptp.php in it] are only allowed in paid emails and PTC's.
6. The management of CryptoTater reserves the right to refuse any advertisement that may be harmful to the site and the members. If an ad has been purchased but the management believes the advertisement falls within the terms stated here, your money will be refunded minus any payment fees. If the ad is a redemption by a member, your earnings will be restored to your account.

Management reserves the right to refuse any ad!

Activity requirements:
All members must log in once every 20 days to be considered active and to be able to earn from their downlines and must be at least 0% as active as their downline.

Payments:

Members may earn by receiving paid-emails, reading the paid email and viewing the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by cryptotater.com. Members may earn by referring new members to the cryptotater.com program. Members will earn a set rate for each mail read or PTC clicked on by cryptotater.com. Members will be paid via PayPal / PayPal Pre/Bus [$3.00 max hold] cryptotater.com will pay members when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate, of $1.00 for free members, set by cryptotater.com. Once the member has reached payout they may request payment.
Free members can request payment once per 30 day period, upgraded members can request payment every 2 weeks.
Payments will be made within 30 days or a reasonable time after.

Spam:

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with cryptotater.com and may result in legal prosecution. cryptotater.com strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. cryptotater.com may charge up to $5 per spam email sent. If you found CryptoTater from a spam email, please forward the mail to support@cryptotater.com
If at any time you wish to cancel your account with cryptotater.com you may do so from your members area- user info- at bottom of the page is a place to cancel your account. You may also send an email to unsubscribe@cryptotater.com.

False Information/Cheating
ANY! False information given at sign-up will be considered cheating and subject to suspension.
[EX: any gibberish in any area, must be a legitimate name and address
saying you're from 1 country but IP is from another,
giving a US state but from a different country, etc]
Any one is welcome to join from the allowed country list at top of thse terms!cryptotater.com but you must be able to read and understand English!
There will be English tests and cheat links [clearly marked] in the way of keywords, paid email links and PTC's. In your member's area you will find how many cheat links you have clicked on if any. Once that hits 3, you will be deleted, [PLEASE NOTE: the use of click software, also known as 'cheat bots', is considered cheating and will not be tolerated.] also, the ptc's don't show up in the form, but the admin can still see who has clicked where. If you see a link with a point value, DON'T click it! Points are only used to check for cheating and if you understand what you are reading. All cheat links go to a page saying clearly to close the window and giving a 60 second timer allowing plenty of time to do so.
Accounts will be checked on a regular basis. Any one that clicks "delete me now" wil be just that, deleted! Anyone that clicks "I cheat" , "no understand english" "will click for points" will be cancelled, pending deletion!.
Every member must have a unique payment ID . [paypal uses email addresses]. Any accounts found with identical payment information will be suspended.
Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud.
